Senator Barack Obama is not just tacking gently toward the center. He’s zigging so fast it’s guaranteed to cause disillusion, if not whiplash.
By the time most people start tuning in, his centrist positions, his so-called flip-flops, are actually going to be the things about him that they know.
His hint of softening on his unrealistic withdrawal plan was only sensible.
