She Wants the VP Slot

I’ve been trying to figure out what Hillary is up to with her threats of asking for a roll-call vote at the Democratic convention later this month.  Like others, I’ve read articles on it from Time, ABC News, and Newsweek, among others.  I’ve listened to the talking heads go on and on about it on television.  None of it has made much sense until today, when I heard that Bill Clinton has been offered the speaking slot just before the Vice Presidential nominee.

In my opinion, Hillary wants that VP slot.  This latest dust-up is simply her flexing her muscles, showing Obama the trouble she can cause for him come convention time.  Of course, the media eats up the drama and blows this thing up into the headlines, doing Hillary’s work for her.

I think of former President Bill Clinton introducing his wife, the Vice Presidential Nominee and it all makes sense.  I think of the financial issues of the Clinton campaign and the financial needs of the Obama campaign in the fall, and it all makes sense.  I think of the 18 million people that got up off their couch and went out and voted for Hillary in the primaries, and I see Obama’s poll numbers over the past few weeks, and it all makes sense.

Hillary wants that VP slot.

Hillary should take the VP spot with the idea she will be president when O’bama drops out or resigns.

Creeping out of the box, again, the “Inevitable One” feels entitled to get nominated and to undermine for four years a rank amateur and a fraudster, no matter what happens to the country. Can’t she just go gracefully into the twilight and leave us alone?
