Obama as Hercules

Ok, we know the Obamassiah is an egomaniac, but this is really a bit much:

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama’s big speech on Thursday night will be delivered from an elaborate columned stage resembling a miniature Greek temple

This putz is going to deliver a speech in a $3,000 suit at a football stadium in front of 75,000 sycophants in order to appeal to the little guy?  Does he, or any of his advisers for that matter, really think this is going to help him come across as a true American in touch with true American values?  Get a load of it:

They think this is going to provide a “striking image” for American viewers...but I think it’s going to make people even more sick of Obama than they already are.  In the middle of the Democratic National Convention and just after he names his choice of VP, he’s actually down in the polls by 1% to McCain. 

Things are not looking so good for Obama these days, and I’m fairly certain this nonsense at the convention is not going to help, and will in fact hurt.  He should deliver his speech in the convention hall and show the country how loud and passionate the attendees really are.  In the stadium, his followers and his message will get drowned out by his hubris.

I’m still laughing silently to myself.

Think of it - not Superman but ARUGULAMAN! And he’s as green as the vegetable.
