My guess is that he tries to steal this thing. The recount is real close right now and all seems normal, then right at the end is when they spring it. Franken will go up by 100 votes all at once, they’ll certify it and he’ll declare victory. Then Coleman can sue all he wants, he’s not gonna get any where. That’s what I believe to be the likeliest scenario.
Yep, I have thought about this quite a bit and I agree that it’s likely Franken steals the election given the political associations of those on the election boards in that state.
